We know you are always on the road, and try to make your stay, as streamline as possible.

We have off road parking for light and heavy vehicles,. 

With comfy beds, hot showers, netflix, reverse cycle aircon, 

Beautiful quiet surroundings, and we leave you fresh milk,

tea, coffee and breakfast snacks for a

fuss free start to the day.

We will even tumble dry your stuff, when you get soaked.

(That happens a lot!)

Booking for staff?

We do need you to keep us in the loop.

Corporate life changes day to day, and we appreciate 

that is not always in your control. however, if you cancel

your booking less than 48 hours before the stay date, we are going to charge you.

If you are a new customer to 101, we will need

your company credit card details to secure your booking.

Once we get to know each other, we can arrange to 

invoice your company. We do like you to pay us 

quickly, essential if you want to come back :-) 

 When you book your staff with us, you

are responsible for any reasonable damage or excess cleaning bills.

      In 19 years I have never had to do this, but there's always a first.
